STEP 1 | Qualification
As she's done with hundreds of founders, Betsy will take time to listen to your story, business goals and aspirations, then discuss your specific needs to help you determine if a Free Business Evaluation is right for you.
STEP 2 | Free Business Evaluation
Together we explore business fundamentals: your story, product inspiration, business progress, accelerator/incubator experience, corporate history, funding and financial runway, revenue model, competition, successes and concerns, and more. We gain consensus and articulate your critical business priorities and personal goals, then point to resources to help you address them.
STEP 3 | Deep-Dive & Review
Once you meet our team and see how we work, the next step is to schedule a Deep Dive. You'll present and together we'll evaluate your pitch deck, founder story, product/solution tech stack, business plan, financials, branding, value proposition, competitive landscape, organizational systems, legal and H/R compliance, and more.
We present a concise written review of our findings and recommendations. We'll make introductions and point you to the people, organizations, analysis tools, videos and other resources to help you navigate your most critical issues and specific challenges you're facing to help you accelerate your business.
