BETSY BROWN
President & Founder
A skilled strategic leader with expertise building businesses in both the startup and corporate arena. Over 6 years experience standing up new organizations from setting vision and strategy, to developing GTM plans and the staff and processes necessary to exceed organizational goals. I have extensive experience in business development, operations and brand management leadership experience in both for-profit and non profit organizations.
BA degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and MBA degree from Wake Forest University. Strategic marketing and sales management positions with with large fortune 100 companies, General Mills and HanesBrands, as well as entrepreneurial leadership experience co-owning and running two local Ace Hardware stores.

Helped open and build Winston Starts, a non-profit organization that supports startups by providing mentorship, affordable high tech space and access to capital in order to help guide companies through critical stages of scaling their businesses. Lead the scaling program that created over 400 jobs and raised over $60 MM in capital, bringing mentors, investors and professionals to the table with unmatched passion in order to best ensure their founder’s success.

In my free time, I have a passion for helping children with learning difficulties in the area of reading and writing, and am trained in both Wilson and the Orton Gillingham methodology to provide children a variety of techniques and skill to master the English language.
TONY DiBIANCA
Startup Consultant
Tony holds BS and MS degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and worked for Xerox, DuPont, and DXImaging before becoming a serial entrepreneur. He was founder and CEO of PhoneTree, a founding member of CallPointe, and provided the enabling technology for for the launch of School Messenger.
Tony is a trusted mentor to dozens of founders, has served on the admissions advisory committee and as President of Winston Starts, taught senior-level Entrepreneurship at the Wake Forest University business school, is an investor and serves on the board of several companies, and holds multiple patents.
Tony's passion is in working with founders to identify and express their unique value proposition, refine sales and investor pitches, analyze a wide range of business fundamentals, explore leadership strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, define achievable short-term business priorities and milestones, develop MVP and scalable production designs, create realistic financial projections, and more.
